PeptPro is operated by Virex Tecnologia. PeptPro is an educational tool for organizing and tracking peptide protocols and metabolic well-being.

PeptPro is not a healthcare provider. The app, its content, and the Pep AI coach are provided for educational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, prescription or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing or stopping any protocol, medication or supplement. You are solely responsible for decisions about your health.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PeptPro. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt or interfere with the app or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' data.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the app without our written permission.

PeptPro offers paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by the relevant app store under its own policies — not by Virex Tecnologia.

Pep is an AI coach that generates responses automatically. Its answers may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, and never constitute medical advice.

Use of AI features is optional and requires your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details on how AI-related data is processed.

You retain ownership of the data, photos and notes you add to PeptPro. You grant Virex Tecnologia a limited licence to store and process this content solely to operate the app for you.

You are responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to submit it. See the Privacy Policy for how your content is stored and protected.

The PeptPro app, name, logo, design, text and other content (excluding your own data) are owned by Virex Tecnologia and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the app without our prior written permission.

PeptPro relies on third-party services including Apple, Google, OpenAI and AWS. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Virex Tecnologia is not responsible for third-party services.

PeptPro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any particular result will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virex Tecnologia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using PeptPro and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you within the app before material changes take effect. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you.
