PeptPro is operated by Virex Tecnologia. PeptPro is an educational tool for organizing and tracking peptide protocols and metabolic well-being.

PeptPro is not a healthcare provider. The app, its content, and the Pep AI coach are provided for educational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, prescription or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing or stopping any protocol, medication or supplement. You are solely responsible for decisions about your health.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PeptPro. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt or interfere with the app or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' data.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the app without our written permission.

PeptPro offers paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are sold exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play; PeptPro has no web checkout. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account under the rules of the relevant store.

Free trial: if a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The store charges the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Deleting the app or your PeptPro account does NOT cancel your subscription. To stop billing, cancel in the store where you purchased it.

After you cancel, you keep access to premium features until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no pro-rata refund for the unused portion, subject to your rights under applicable law (see the "Right of withdrawal and refunds" section).

If the price changes, we will notify you in advance, and the change applies only from the next billing cycle, under the store's rules. Where the store requires it, you may need to accept the new price to remain subscribed.

How to cancel your subscription:

• iPhone/iPad (Apple): open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → PeptPro → Cancel Subscription.
• Android (Google Play): open Google Play → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PeptPro → Cancel subscription.

If you are a consumer in Brazil, the Consumer Protection Code (Art. 49) gives you the right to withdraw from contracts made away from a physical store, such as in an app, within 7 days of purchase.

Purchases made through the App Store and Google Play are processed by Apple and Google. For that reason, refund requests for those purchases are reviewed and decided exclusively by Apple or Google under each company's policies. Virex Tecnologia cannot issue refunds directly for purchases made in the stores.

To request a refund from Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, go to play.google.com/store/account (Orders) and use the refund or help option.

Consent to inform Apple: when Apple asks us about a refund request for your subscription, you agree that Virex Tecnologia may send Apple information about the subscription's usage (for example, consumption status, time used and whether the content was delivered) and our recommendation on the request, as permitted by Apple. We do not send the content of your health records. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing support@peptpro.app; doing so does not affect your right to request a refund from Apple.

Outside the withdrawal period, requests are evaluated case by case and in good faith, through the store. If you have questions, email support@peptpro.app and we will help you route your request.

Pep is an AI coach that generates responses automatically. Its answers may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, and never constitute medical advice.

Use of AI features is optional and requires your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details on how AI-related data is processed.

You retain ownership of the data, photos and notes you add to PeptPro. You grant Virex Tecnologia a limited licence to store and process this content solely to operate the app for you.

You are responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to submit it. See the Privacy Policy for how your content is stored and protected.

The PeptPro app, name, logo, design, text and other content (excluding your own data) are owned by Virex Tecnologia and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the app without our prior written permission.

PeptPro relies on third-party services including Apple, Google, OpenAI and AWS. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Virex Tecnologia is not responsible for third-party services.

PeptPro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any particular result will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virex Tecnologia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using PeptPro and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you within the app before material changes take effect. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you.
